I spiral through space and time. whether I am aware of it or not.
The beauty of healing is that it unfolds naturally and sustainably - needing only my commitment to my part in it.@sophburnsvoiced this to me in the summer and now in the heart of autumn, I find myself in the tender embrace of this truth’s grand unfolding.
For as long as I can remember I held a single dream. I tried to create, piece together and would go to any length to outwardly create this dream into my reality. It never came true.
It was only when I surrendered and peered inwards to the threads of self that made me uncomfortable - until I took a pause to sit with the parts of myself, I despised. The parts I tried to hide from everyone and most certainly myself. That I realized that these were the very keys to my freedom. Once I began my relationship to them. Once I met them with honesty and compassion.
Everything began to spiral organically around me, once I worked on the parts of my life I could control. Once I created boundaries for my life. My biggest dream is coming into 3D as I bathe in trust with myself and the universe’s mystery.
I see the evidence in the interconnectedness of my inner work and its outward effect in my world (the paradigm shift tho😧). I am learning that we all have a spiral of self inside us outwardly spinning out - in what are we emitting and outwardly creating? are we aware of all that our inner landscape is and its substance? our true power lies in our awareness to observe, to consciously choose our choices (create/be) and how we show up every moment creating the world we live in. heal yourself, heal humanity.
I am so immensely grateful for my teachers who are in devotion to their spirals that inspire,strike and teach me so I may learn more deeply about mine 🌀
